The game itself is actually pretty fun but, you have constant popups that tell you to buy something for like 5$ and when you close them they don’t go away they simply stay on the screen covering the popups of your workers making the game 10 times more annoying to play, many of the best features of the game are locked behind paywalls such as the supervisor (having micro transactions is fine but they should be a last resort not forced to unlock stuff)

Yet another grindfest

This game was fun in the first ten minutes or so but after that everything just goes down hill. That all my workers have a energy system is just to drag an already slow game to an even slower pace. A very grindy game especially a lot of grinding for wood. Even then when I use that wood to make a house which lets your villagers sleep in it I now need to pay 110 gems just to upgrade it. The cost for recruiting new people also gets ridiculous. Went from needing 50 food to recruit a person to 350. Calling this a city builder is very meh you don’t actually get the freedom of deciding what should be built and where it should be placed. So all out just a bad experience wanting to take your money and throw ads at you to make the game go faster.

I love city-builder-like games, but a downside with them is almost always wait time. Me Is King has so far managed to keep it acceptable and they never really feel like an annoyance, which has made this game pretty much a favorite. It is, however, missing 2 features that keeps it from being my go-to game in any situation; moving buildings, and progress syncing. Adding an ability to move buildings and plan a sweet, good looking layout, and syncing via iCloud/GameCenter or maybe even a cross platform compatible one, would really make this perfect! Personally I’ve lost weeks of progress when I had to factory reset my iPhone, and start over is a real turn-down, but not too big to push through thou. If I however was to lose my progress on my iPad, which I’ve played daily since I found this game, I can honestly say that I wouldn’t even bother to open it up again, at all. So please, add cloud syncing, and if viable, moving buildings around. I really want this game to get better!

Amazing game, coming up on the 125 people mark and the FPS is lower + accepting all the requests takes over 4 minutes, needs a button for accepting everything and a setting for the max amount of people on the screen
