Increasingly intrusive popups
The popups urging you to upgrade -despite already being on a paid subscription- are now graduating to push notifications as well. Since the kids are grown up I might consider ditching it altogether. Bit of a shame, it used to be really good.
Phone Verification
Gave the app my phone number for verification, didn’t send a confirmation code. Tried again, still nothing. Tried again, locked my phone out of the app for “too many attempts.” What’s the point?
I really like this app BUT STOP WITH THE ADS
I’m only ever planning to use the free version. If I want to upgrade, I’ll find out how, I don’t need ads every time I open the app.
Stop trying to upsell me
Life360 used to leave me alone and bill me once a month. They’ve recently “upgraded” me to silver and charged me more and now the app won’t stop trying to upgrade me to Gold. It’s so annoying !
Doesn’t work properly
Have been using this for a couple of years, lately it has been saying I left home when I am still at home. So deleted and re-installed ow it doesn’t send texts to my phone for verification so I can’t login and then when you click contact customer support I just get an error page not found. Wast of time have deleted app now and will find something else.

Really cool app. It’s good for those who wanna check up on friends but especially family who live away from you. I thinks it’s a good way to check in, see what everyone is up to and for those who are on the road a lot as well 👌🏽. Easy to use and set up

Lagging and not always accurate
I find this good most of the time But often it does not work or find the other person. Phones always have data so this is very frustrating
