I found the Life360 app very accurate and reassuring when my loved ones are outside the home and/or travelling. Must have app.

Subscription cancellation
I was subscribed via ITunes. I cancelled the subscription well in advance. Then Life360 collected payment via Google Playstore where I do not even have an account nor subscription. The subscription is cancelled but I still paid for it. They just throw there hands in the air and said I must contact Google Playstore directly. How do I explain to Google Playstore to refund me if I do not even have an account with them nor a subscription. Daylight robbery! I did not know Life360 is a charity organization, because I just donated 49.99USD for no service!!

Very good for keeping tabs on family or friends. But i dont like how they have a limit on everything and such high prices to buy their premium items for a couple new add ons
Membership Purchases are a nightmare
I’ve been using Life360 for about 5 years and love the features. But somewhere along the way the app lost the ability to sync my membership purchase. I would click “restore purchase” and get a notification that my membership was restored, but next time I opened the app I would find that it in fact wasn’t restored at all. When I tried to purchase a new membership ( again ) or start free trial it would say there was a problem with my payment info. I would verify and verify and verify to no avail. Viscous circle On loop, for months on end. I FINALLY was able to fix the issue by 1. going to the website, 2. purchasing the membership there, 3. deleting the app, 4. redownloading the app and 5. signing in again. Advice: This glitch needs to be fixed on the developer’s end, because this much of a hassle is too much of a headache on the user’s end and if it happens again, I’ll be looking for a different app and dumping Life360 permanently.
