Well-being comprises five essential elements: health, career, finance, social relations and environment, all closely interconnected and influencing each other. We digitized these elements and now you can measure and get an objective picture of your well-being, in order to understand and manage your areas of growth and risk.
How does it work?
1. Measure your well-being. Without data you have just an opinion.
Your answers to our questions allow us to provide you with information on your current status of well-being, your strengths, the areas of risk and growth potential. Our questions form part of a broader well-being enhancement platform. Each question represents a certain parameter within the expert model, where your answers generate a hypothesis, and these hypotheses in turn trigger recommendations.
Nevertheless, you can skip individual questions, fill out only one element of well-being at a time or provide partial answers if necessary. Questions are asked gradually.
You also have an option to allow Lifeaddwiser to access your Apple HeathKit and analyze your personal health and activity data.
2. Find out your level of well-being. Get the results.
As you answer the questions, well-being indices are formed for 5 areas: your health, personal finance, career, social relations and environment, and for 18 parameters ranging from 0 to 100, where 100 is the highest indicator.
You will be surprised how objective data differs from subjective perceptions.
3. Get knowledge, advice, recommendations.
Depending on the answers and the generated hypotheses, you will receive expertly developed recommendations.
Examine your personal report containing a detailed SWOT analysis of your strengths, areas of possible growth and risk, and measurement results for each parameter.
Study additional materials from a personalized library of carefully selected articles.
4. Benchmark your Index against others. Healthy competition is a powerful motivator.
This tool allows you to analyse where you currently stand in life in comparison to others.
Refine the benchmarking through location, gender or age filters. Find out how your level of well-being differs from that of other users.
5. Manage your well-being.
Track changes and receive fresh advice and knowledge by answering additional questions or updating earlier submitted information.
