I’ve been trying to login into my account but it has the wrong email down for my username. How do I go by changing that? I tried to do it under the customer service thing but it wouldn’t let me.

What ever I try with this app nothing works. I can’t even long in all the time give me error, even when I change the card

App still isn’t working, and hasn’t been for MONTHS. Will not let me log in. Fix it!

I’m having the same problem as many other reviewers, it will not let me sign in even though the info is correct and I can sign into the website with the same info.

Every time I try to log in, my password is always wrong. I even saved to my passwords. So whenever I log in, I have to try to reset my password. Just a waste of time.

This app was never great, but now I does not function. The app does not have access to accounts.

This app not working

The android version works fine on my other phone and I can log in on the browser version on my iPhone. However, whenever I try to log into the iOS app, it says login failed. Sad that this works well everywhere but the iOS app version

If I could give negative stats I would! I tried multiple times to access my account but I keep getting the Login Failed message. I deleted and reinstalled the app four times and am now giving up on it. This is a totally worthless service and total waste of time.

Please fix the issues! If it’s something we are supposed to use to benefit us better instead of calling, why wouldn’t you wanna fix the issue. It always says “LOGIN FAILED - please try again” I’m putting the correct login information, therefore it should work!!
