Great healthcare team
Very apprehensive at first but so glad I took the plunge. The attentiveness of my regular provider as well as those who see me in her stead never lapses, never fails. They listen to your worries or concerns and give solid answers to assuage those concerns, partnering with you and making you feel empowered to make the right decisions concerning your healthcare. They’ve been uber supportive throughout my time with them these last six months and I’m glad to continue my journey with them. Really wonderful team!
Life changing
The service level with this company is excellent, I have had the chance to keep my sessions with the same Dr, who cheers me on. Worth it.
Doesn’t work
If I could give it negative stars I would . The app doesn’t work and the website doesn’t work. It charged my bank account and then website wouldn’t work after they took out money z I called customer service and they said they didn’t know what to do or how to fix it . Don’t let them rip you off .
Don’t be fooled
Pre survey said I qualified for GLP-1 but after meeting with provider she said I didn’t cause of past medical conditions. Waisted $75

Watch out. It’s a scam. They hide hidden fees to make it look cheap then charge surprise giant fees a few months in with no notice. Stay away.

This company is a scam
I signed up thinking this for as for my meds and once I realized it wasn’t a few minutes later, they have refused to cancel and give me my money back. I have not met with or spoken with anyone. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THEM!!
Do not use
I have had over 1k taken from me and they will not let me cancel unless I call and I can’t get an answer. I’ve had to cancel my cards so they can’t continue to charge. I would be very hesitant to sign up.
Fast and easy to use
Signed for the app, met my doctor next day and got my medication in 24 hours. It’s very fast. The doctor helped make my insurance pay for it. It’s an amazing app, happy I chose them over other companies for my weight loss journey.
