I contacted customer support and I can redeem now. It’s great when you can redeem. Lol.

I’m unable to chasout on my PayPal or keep saying error on their end

Whenever I get to the redeem section, I login through the PayPal and when I’m trying to redeem my 500 points, it tells me to select an amount but it’s not letting me choose the 5 dollar option it’s like a blank page and doesn’t work

I did survey after survey when available. I checked everyday and did as many as i could, some that took quiet a while to complete as well. I used video on my phone as well to make recorded statements/ responses to questions. I racked up all these points to redeem $25 Amazon card, followed directions linked my paypal account. Now Im told I can’t redeem my points because i did something wrong?? How , when, where? So i took surveys for months got all these points but all the time was doing something wrong? But yet you let me complete more. Then since May of 2024 my points have been sitting there and i finally try to redeem for the support team to say I can’t redeem because of this and that. And my account is suspended. All while i still receive emails saying theres surveys ready for you. Life points you have wasted my time.

After a good start I’ve been spending days being told the survey is closed. Even worse, I’ll get started on one and have it shut down in the middle and tell me they have all the responses they need. I’ve wasted a lot of time answering questions and getting no points. And now there have been no surveys at all for a while.

I can’t log in. I have a page that won’t go away so I can access the surveys or rewards. LifePoints will NOT help me. Terrible customer service.

You spend 20+ minutes on a survey and you get disconnected and receive no points. This has happened to me more times than not!!!!

Did all the surveys and got points. Tried to redeem with PayPal and it refunded them. Contacted customer service and they said “ After reviewing your account, we determined that your membership and/or participation has not met our quality standards or membership requirements. The reasons for this could include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Inaccurate/Incomplete membership information 2. Inconsistencies in your profile or survey responses 3. Speeding through surveys 4. Straight lining (providing identical/similar responses to multiple questions) 5. False geographic location 6. Multiple accounts 7. Inappropriate language Therefore, your account has been suspended and all LifePoints, incentives and rewards have been forfeited.

People please listen to the other reviews!!! When you save up more than $25 they suspend your account claiming “you didn’t meet the guidelines”! They keep their percentage from the companies who survey us while they freeze your earned money for no reason besides the fact they don’t want to pay! If you do this cash out as soon as you reach $5 because I guarantee you they will “suspend” your account with false claim. If they were based in the UK we could take legal action but they are from the UK so it will be harder. They let you donate the money to charity (if it even gets to them) but won’t let you keep when you are “suspended”

As my title suggests, 90% of the time LifePoints is nothing more than horrid fraud. What do I mean? I mean that they let you complete full surveys, then they either kick you out entirely with 0 compensation claiming that "oh no! The survey just filled up so we don't need your answers anymore" right before you answer question 1,000, or they claim that you "don't qualify" and pay you 2 points for your time answering the entire survey. That way they can successfully claim your hard work answers for themselves, but never put even the tiniest dent in their bank account, thus fraudulently making themselves wealthier off of your idiocy and obvious lack of awareness. Hopefully with my review no one else will be made the helpless, abused laughing-stock of the town like they've done with me. UPDATE: Apparently the BLATANT FRAUD with LifePoints goes even deeper! Nowadays about 75% of the quote-unquote "available" surveys actually lead you immediately to a dysfunctional page saying "We're sorry... There don't seem to be any available surveys for you at this time." Today I was met by this exact same message FIVE TIMES IN A ROW. Most recently by the supposedly available survey ID "7b5930f8". So yeah, if you love LifePoints because you like constantly getting your hopes stripped out from under your feet, then I suggest you also trying to get to the moon using your trampoline. Good luck!
