It’s my favorite thing to use to print photos for decorating

I bought a expensive printer in hopes that the app that comes with the same quality. It it has the exact opposite, it has this loading screen and i have to power off my phone to make it go away EVERY-TIME i print a single photo. this app will be my 13th reason

If I wanted a basic printer, I would have purchased one. Which after 45 minutes trying to print a mini video, never worked. The app is now somehow even worse than it was the last time I used it. Shut it down or improve it.

7.15.24 It shows the loading circle but won’t play the videos anymore. Everything worked fine when I used it 6 years ago :( 11.21.24 Hyperphoto feature still isn’t working even after updating to the latest version. I’m using iPhone 15… Can only print photo stickers now.

I got one for my birthday 4 years ago and didn’t use it till now, it’s super easy to use and the app is super simple to navigate. The film is pretty pricey, but so is any film. I also love the feature of printing out film that turns into a sticker! I will definitely be using it again!

I was one of this device’s pioneer user when it first came out. Boy, it was a game changer. Going forward to today. I ordered the 3 X 4.5 printer due to size. I used to have 2 X 3. I also have iPhone 15 pro max and am so excited and want to use this. Big mistake. This app is not working at all. I waste all 5 photos that came with this device and hyperphoto mode does not work at all. I already sent report to support team and I actually hope this will be fixed before I have to return the device due to return window is closing pretty fast. Come on team, pull together and make this work!

When I bought this thing, I chose paper that was from a list of compatible sizes for this printer. Low and behold, $100 later, it absolutely does not print the smaller sizes. An absolute scam. I used the few bigger sizes the printer came with. Those worked, although half of them came out terribly despite cropping all my photos to their 2:3 specification, it cut off the sides, so you have to manually edit to have a bit of "safe" white border so nothing gets cut off. Of course, the app offers zero editing, and zero preview of what the actual print will look like. So you'll be wasting a ton of this expensive paper with trial and error. Customer support does not exist. I'm stuck with this piece of junk. DO NOT BUY.

What a frustrating p o c It prints and then the next selection gets hung in the queue. I have to uninstall the ap and reinstall it. By that time the battery is so weak it won’t print. Once I am done with this project it goes in the garbage since I would feel dishonest selling it to anyone else. Do better

Loved this product, but the app is glitchy and won’t let me print new photos or clear my queue. Please update, I’d like to buy more film and keep printing!
