BioBoost - a composite holistic behavioral score (‘overall BioBoost’) as well as behavioral scores for sleep, heart, fitness & activity respectively that indicates how your daily behavior impacts your long term health in each area.
SLEEP ANALYSIS
Standard Sleep Analysis - sleep episode analysis including your sleep stages (REM, Deep, Light and Wake) and sleep session duration.
Circadian Sleep Window Analysis - identifying the window where you should aim to sleep to ensure maximum sleep regularity including your Circadian Sleep Window Compliance.
24-hour Sleep Analysis - detecting all sleep episodes, naps and rests as well as total sleep time in a 24-hour noon-to-noon window.
Sleep flagging - notification of a significant change in a single- or a combination of metric(s).
Sleep Assessment and Report - In-app questionnaire developed by sleep clinicians to determine the likelihood of various sleep disorders. The resulting Report can be used for referral.
HEART ANALYSIS
Heart rate analysis - your continuous heart rate tracking and reporting including average-, resting-, minimum- and maximum heart rate.
Heart rhythm analysis - various heart rate variability-based metrics related to your heart rhythm including (SDNN, LF/HF, rMSSD) as well as a Rhythmicity score - indicating the regularity of your heart rhythm
Blood flow analysis - various pulse waveform-based metrics indicative of your heart health including Heart Muscle Performance, Heart Outflow, Heart Blood Supply, Blood Pressure Index, Large Artery Stiffness and Small Artery Resistance.
FITNESS ANALYSIS
Exercise session analysis - your session-based outputs including duration, maximum- and average heart rate, calories, cadence, blood lactate, EPOC, VO2, session load and training impact
VO2 max - an estimate of your V02 max based on walking or running workouts
Training readiness - including your training status, training load, injury risk, recovery status, and training variation.
ACTIVITY ANALYSIS
Activity intensity - classifies your daily activity as low, moderate of vigorous intensity
Intensity minutes - a good indicator of your activity level as a function of the duration and intensity of your daily activity.
Sedentary behavior - amount of time you spend not moving while you are awake
Calories - total calories you burned throughout the day
RESPIRATORY ANALYSIS
Blood Oxygen Levels - automatic measurement of your oxygen levels under no/low movement conditions.
Sleep Breathing Disturbances - notification of sleep breathing disturbances based on oxygen desaturation levels (oxygen desaturation index and apnea hypopnea index) during sleep.
Breathing rate - measurement of your breathing rate under no/low movement conditions.
