LifeSim 2: Real Life Simulator

So I was playing this other game and an ad for this game popped up and it was very like excuse me ✋🏻 what um so it was like choose a life difficultly and it was like hard or easy and the easy person was a white woman dressed in a suit that’s supposed to look like she’s rich but she looks bad and then for hard it was a black woman dressed in ripped up clothing so it was basically saying choose poor or rich not hard or easy and this game I’ve played it before it’s just boring like why does it take my so long to age but I’m anyway I don’t appreciate the racist ad

Overall graphics are nice, lovely colours used. Unfortunately that does not make up for the rest of the game. There are options, for example to upgrade your clothes. I think it’d be more beneficial to be able to pick out what you want to wear instead of being assigned outfits. The same goes with food and the girlfriend/ boyfriend option. Another thing is the jobs. In order to get a job you really want you have to go through all of them. There is no shortcut past any which can make the game very boring. I found myself just waiting until I was eligible for the next job and then again and so forth. I’ve played a lot of interactive games and this is one of my least favourites. Perhaps if there was a storyline of some sort through each stage I’d be more interested. And as much as I said I liked the graphics, they can be a bit two dimensional as there are no real movements, only background changes. I’d also like to see far more characters, especially darker options or even skin conditions: vitiligo, albinos etc. If the game really wants to stand out those would be the things to add, also more body inclusivity. I also don’t believe the game should be so high in age rating for the most part. The unfortunate ending seems misplaced in a game that is mostly 12a/pg. Honestly, I would give this game half a star if I could but there’s always hope. There are a couple tweaks that could be made to make it far more enjoyable, but until then I am not impressed.

Played the game for a few days, got to the age 40 and lost everything for the third time. It’s meant to be a life simulator, which I can appreciate. But it is the least accurate thing I have ever seen! I’d rather play Minecraft as a life simulator. It is full of unrealistic costs. Like “oh I can’t get this job because I live in a room instead of an apartment complex” it’s bull honestly! Also, time only moves forward if you’re in the game. So for courses, some of which are 36 months, you have to stay there and just watch your phone. It’s boring, that worth your or my time. Might be suitable to entertain a 5 year old but that I even doubt.

While this is a good game to begin with. I find as you progress you are losing more money than you’re making. This forces you to watch ads and more ads. Therefore making this game company more money. This is all this game seems to be for. You also can’t edit the person you are. Or who you marry. It has potential. But needs a serious rework.

This game is just like its reviews, trash. Impossible to get past the age 40, you start losing more money than you make just so you can purchase in game money, look for a less sneaky way to make money because this game is flopping hard. Half a star for the designs, the game would be so much better if it was fair.

I like the concept of the game, but I don’t like if I go to sleep and I wake up, when I go back into the game my sim dies and I have to start again. Besides that I do enjoy it.
