Nobody deliver the water, nobody answer the emails, there’s no contact number, but they keep your card information to deduct weekly the money for a product that you never received.

Empty gallon bottle pickup is random, I now have like 10 empty bottles. Water arrives very hot, soaking in all the plastic fumes. Scheduled delivery quite unreliable, better to order as one-off ad-hoc orders

It was great until they refused to respond to my multiple email requests (via email) to return my deposit. Such a shame as I was sad to see it all turned out to be a scam. There is no phone number and you will not get your deposit back on the water bottles.

They are not professional at all , no phone number to support customer, the delivery guy very rude, worst service

Guys don’t order, this place doesn’t work anymore

There is no customer support. I placed an order and never received it. It’s impossible to get anywhere, no phone number, no one reply’s the email, it’s a gone deal.

This app started disappointing for the last 1-2 months now

I don’t leave many reviews. I left all the other water delivery companies as they stuck in the 80s. Really easy to use and love the one time order as the weekly for me is a waste and a waste of carbon footprint.
