Bugs and issues still exists only for IOS

Parent connect option not working in IOS.

Full of bugs

Crashes multiple times, bad UI. Extremely buggy. Please improve the user experience. Or else do not enforce use of this app!

What a garbage for simple problem

I never seen this kind of garbage in my entire life even i never seen in my 12 yrs of IT experience who developed this type of mobile app, 0% user interaction taken care even last year of IT student project far better than this app.

Not Worth It

Parent connect feature is non existent. This has been hyped as to allowing parents to connect with Teachers and voicing concerns. The feature does not even work. You type in your concern and press Save and you concern that you just raised vanishes. You type again and the same thing happens.

Bad app & customer support

I ordered dress and size was not correct. Sweatshirt was not available for the size i needed so i waited for it come in their inventory. App showed me that you can exchange size within 15 days but now option is not available. There is no option to change size also. Customer supprt is not taking responsibility straight forward. Very bad experience

Worst app

Very slow, hangs, does not reflect payment status, useless app. Not sure why these schools hire such substandard developers to develop such low grade app.

Parent connect module

Even after posting the query or request we don’t see the status or details of the status.

Need work on other area

Fees payment & uniform purchase works without any error Tracking/ notifications/ pdf opening won’t work properly.

A game-changer app

Webgenie has been a game-changer for staying connected with my child's academic journey at Euroschool.
