The app is too complicated that you need like a month of training. Too many moving part giving your company more work. You can track employees but its bot 100%. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I am unable to select the proper location under the task Daily Activity R1. Though the option to select the proper location works under Activity Log. I also see the proper location on the main screen of the App. Please assist, I am not the only one having this issue.

This app is hard on phones. I can’t get it to work properly on a IPhone 8. The pictures will not load.

Complete garbage. Crashes randomly for no reason at all. The text box you have to type in is minuscule, I end up typing it all up in notes and then paste it in. Only crashes about 50% of the time doing it that way. Uploading picture crashes it, location accuracy is non-existent. Do not use if you value your sanity

I’ve used many guard touring apps and this one is the most modern and easy to use. Allows us to set up any kind of form we need and provides a to do list of services outstanding or due. Great app!

Ability to go paperless, can send reports daily and automatically to my customers. Also love how I can track employees and work being complete on time! Great application!

I've been very happy with how easy Lighthouse has been to use. There aren't a lot of areas that are confusing and it's been pretty simple to roll out to my team.

I threw away all my paper forms and now just collect any info I need via Lighthouse. Helps me track my workers and what they’re doing, and then sends reports out to my customers. Really reduces the number of emails I receive since my customers are more informed about what we’re doing for them. Really recommend it for anyone who isn’t one of my competitors 😄.
