Description
Lightmate is a simple light meter app for photographers. The user interface is designed with clarity in mind.
Features:
• Aperture and shutter priority modes
• Multiple EV scales (iOS Settings > Lightmate)
• Back and front camera support
Instructions:
1. Choose the ISO, Aperture (or Shutter) values according to your camera settings.
2. The priority changes automatically to Aperture (or Shutter) mode when you change the Aperture (or Shutter) value.
3. Tap anywhere on the camera's preview screen to measure and update the exposure values.
You can switch the priority mode by just tapping on the Shutter or Aperture values.

You can change the default EV scale individually for Aperture, Shutter Speed or ISO values.
1. Go to the general "iOS Settings"

Just simple and perfect
Looks like the developer set the camera to 50mm to determine the f stop and shutter speed which is brilliant idea. Spot metering is also possible. Easy simple perfect application. Good job !

This app is a diamond in the rough. Perhaps exactly what Apple envisioned for 3rd party apps when they created the App Store. minimalist elegance, easy to use, no ads, and as accurate as I’d expect from a light meter on your phone. This is an app I can rely on and I wish 1000 years of happiness for the developer.

I've been using my phone as a light meter when shooting film when I'm travelling for about 3 or 4 years, and I can confidently say this is the prettiest, simplest to use and quickest one I've used. Thanks to the dev! This is so rad.
