Lightspeed Scanner (X)

Seems to not be working with my iphone but works with my employees androids hope this can be fixed or addressed shortly. Other than that the actual app and layout is good.

Absolute junk, freezes up all the time !

Great idea and would be extremely useful but the app’s poor design doesn’t make it much better at receiving inventory. Camera in scanner mode needs to autofocus and scanning needs to be much faster (although this could be helped a lot with autofocus). Also need to be able to search/filter for orders to receive as scrolling a very long list with no options to sort is unusable.

Constantly double scans items even when not near a barcode.

Worthless. Tried using for over 2 yrs, makes inventory counts harder, doesn’t scan. Have to close and reopen several times just to scan one product. Do not recommend. Vend need a better scanner app or update it so it picks up barcodes. Worthless and I’m considering leaving VEND entirely.

This app mostly works but is buggy. Today a product sku scanned correctly the first time but then failed to scan subsequent times giving sku errors

For such a simple concept (counting barcodes) it's unbelievable how broken this app is. Syncing takes 10 seconds per item, it's only working on ios13 and even then is incredibly slow and has trouble recognising products and barcodes at the best of times.

would scan 2 items then freeze. On & off. Painful and frustrating

I’m just a helper and mid-stocktake and this is the most frustrating program I’ve used! 7 people scanning and we have spent more time waiting for ‘synching’ than scanning. And no, it’s not our internet! We have a mix bag of people using wifi, 4G and 3G to try to find solutions.. such a clunky system! I’d prefer a good old spreadsheet & pen!
