So they must have redone the app because I purchased this app a couple years ago and went to use it recently and it had been deleted from my phone and purchase history and now you have to pay a subscription to use this app when before I paid a flat amount one time only. Kind of upset I didn’t get to keep any kind of access or that they just did away with their old app. They should have just made a new app and left the old one that people paid for alone!
The app is pretty nice But it is not possible to continue. The subscription will be canceled because the artificial intelligence tools are deducted from the gems and are not included in the subscription. It is unfortunate. There are applications that can be used within the subscription and do not need a deduction from the gems. It is necessary to reconsider canceling the charge in exchange for using artificial intelligence tools.
Does not work as advertised
I bought this app in the past. Recently deleted it and tried to redownload it but it didn’t exist in my app history. I looked it up and see that the developer relisted it under a subscription or a new lifetime pass. This developer stole from me because I can no longer get the app I paid for and would have to buy it again. Don’t support people like this. I’ll report this developer to Apple as this is stealing.
I have a yearly subscription. Signing up for the pair membership was an accident as I meant to only sign up for the free trial but forgot to cancel. Therefore, I paid for an annual subscription. However, I have no access to the Pro features, and I am consistently prompted to “get pro.” Customer support does not respond. Restoring purchases does not work. This app makes you pay without giving anything in return.
App kept on freezing and crashing a lot when I’m in the middle of a project
I give up! I’ve attempted numerous times over the last 3 weeks to build a simple video on my IPad. After hours of work of adding videos and a few stills it just quits and returns me to my iPad Home Screen. Finally decided to use my IPhone. Same thing Not once have I had any success. Each time it crashes and returns me to my Home Screen. I reopen the app hoping it saved something. I can’t imagine getting to the point after all my tweets and start adding music and to have it crash. Too many hours wasted on this app! I’ve asked for a credit - I’m done with it.
