Their website and TOS make it crystal clear that you must be a RESIDENT of select European countries. However, they will reject your application automatically if you were unlucky enough to have had been born in one of the wrong countries (so, based on your nationality or citizenship). Either their Terms of Service are incorrect and misleading, or they don’t know the difference between residency and citizenship? Frustrating.

using it for a few months now and its such a good broker. Very transparant and low in costs. Extremely good for DCA but i hate to use another broker for 2 of my REITS. Would love to see $ADC & $EGP added in the future. Overall very good broker.

Love multi currency accounts and very competitive and transparent interest on cash

Great app where you can invest! Really love and enjoy the interface and how everything works. Only downside. When i go to my portfolio i cannot see immediately how much i own from each stock. Would love to see that feature added. 3/5 could improve!

Can’t deposit my money via ING. Trying on day 4 now.

THE most userfriendly tool i’ve seen

One of many similar online brokers. They want to know everything about you. Continuously ask for different documents and as result - no service and no explanation. Customer support also doesn’t work or even doesn’t exist. Don’t waste your money and time on it.
