Doesn’t work to load past recordings
This app works until I try to view the recordings in PTP mode. It tells me I need a firmware update. But I am up to date according to latest version Lilin firmware update page. Model number NVR 3216. Ok to view recordings when connected on the same wifi network (ie ptp not in use). Any ideas? —- What’s the go with the star icon for navigating camera groups? This is bad user interface design. I didn’t know how to move around to different camera groupings, and this button seemed to me to favourite the current screen. But no! It lets you select an alternate grouping! What I wanted but not intuitive at all. Also it is so slow to respond to button taps, eg going from live camera screen back to menu, that you actually go to push the button a second time, and then this tap is picked up and takes you back to where you were! Laughable! This app needs work. — Please fix these issues and let us interact properly with the hardware we have purchased. I must say, all the interface options I have used (old app, browser NVR login) are all lacking, have poor design and need drastic improvement! — Dear developers- if you read this, how about an actual response, rather than a generic ‘…thanks, we are working to improve the app…’?
