No support agency, often have gps problem

Once I started journey and link my credit card, one of the rides cannot end due to gps issues. I am continuously charged and I cannot even talk to anyone on the phone !!!

Most convenient and enjoyable way to get about London. Cost is reasonable, (but having seen the younger generations braking them for a free ride could eventually affect all who pay.) only if not used regularly!

Buggy

App has become increasingly buggy and unreliable recently. Have cancelled my premium. Good service but clearly some growing pains.

Fun… when they work

The bikes are a load of fun to ride, when they work. In south London, only about 1/3 of the bikes listed actually work. You can scan them and take them out, but it becomes immediately clear the brakes don’t work, or the tires are deflated, or the motor doesn’t come on. Then when you report the bike doesn’t work, they refund you the money but don’t remove the bike from the app, so someone else will inevitably come along and have the same experience. It’s a shame cause they could be great, but instead theyre frustrating.

Great service, terrible app

The app is very glitchy especially after booking a bike. It’s impossible to use to navigate to the bike, it’s almost impossible to cancel a booking, it starts constantly switching between modes

Very rewarding and enjoyable.

Cannot be relied on

4/5 bikes are broken - missing the seat, missing a pedal, flat tyre, motor doesn’t work etc… so you end up walking around for 20 mins trying to find one that works. Started great but now not worth it.

Shame

Price recently increased from 23ct/min to 27ct/min + the remaining seconds are charged as a minute + your app always failed to quickly end a ride adding few seconds to the real usage + bike in a poor state

Awful technology

The app is appalling - I have had to re download it and install it several times just to close my ride down. The bikes are not well maintained and dangerous to cycle at times The locks on them do not prevent people stealing them / damaging them and then they do not report the faults.
