Lime - #RideGreen

Lime per se isn’t bad, however my entire neighbourhood is littered with them as they are often abandoned by their users. Would you mind being a little more proactive in fixing this issue as it causes issues for our neighbours and costs our council money to clean up

It’s decent, lime bikes themselves are quite good although some suspension would be nice for things like potholes and speed bumps. The lime app on the other hand. It’s not very good they could tell you a lot more and have a lot more on the help section. There should be the option (when you don’t have much time left) to cancel your ride pass (not refund but erase the remaining time) so that you can purchase a new ride pass. The App bugs out a lot like right now I have deleted it and reinstalled it because it is not working. I am trying to use the app and it comes up with a white empty map with scan, group ride, gift, arrow (on the bottom right to re locate to you), and personal (top left). I cannot click on any of these things and I cannot see any detail in the map or any lime bikes/lime scooters and no personal blip. Fix these bugs lime.

Lime bikes are a great and quick way to get around London but they are quite expensive to use!

I did the Lime Prime membership but it still charged me £10 and I don’t get it

I work long hours and always get home late. I use line bikes fine during the day but after a certain hour this reaction game always pops up to unlock the bike and it never works.

Very disappointed in the new parking restriction!

Way too expensive

App is buggy and doesn’t detect bikes, even with good 4G it can randomly stop detecting where you are and makes parking impossible. Meanwhile you are being charged for the time used of trying to get the app to work
