Limeade has been so helpful in making healthy changes in my work/life balance as I navigate through COVID with a busy family life. It helps keep me on target with multiple disciplines. I recommend to all of my team to take advantage of the support that NovoNordisk has graciously offered it’s employees.

Content is good - clicking on info is helpful for all the different challenges. Very ANNOYING when it kicks me out and I have to keep logging in. Says it’s a new device but it’s the same phone since the program launched!

Motivation improvement
Because of this program, I’m more aware of my wellness. I’m now walking 3.5-5 km/day, eat healthier and found a better way to cope with the lockdown. I now have a balance between physical and mental health throughout the days. I now take time to take a break during the day by going outside and it helps me to be more productive :) Thanks for the program !!
