Always challenging and addicting
The best workout. Never gets too easy even though you get so much stronger. My core has never been tighter with any other routine workout. My ski legs were stronger last year also. The instructors keep you motivated and Sarah, the owner, has definitely created a community/ Line family feel. All the love for LINE!
