This company, app and customer service is ridiculous! Driver couldn’t contact me and could not deliver the order. Yet I still have to pay?! They have now restricted my account access due to not paying for an item I didn’t receive! I don’t ever answer the phone because I can’t speak Thai and have NEVER had any problems with any other delivery app!

Don’t try to order through this app, they won’t deliver you if you’re not Thai. Support can’t speak English. What a shame !!!
