I’m constantly being signed out. I never get the updates that a picture was posted. Absolutely the worst app for child care ever.

The website is even worse than the app. There are no reports that are helpful for childcare centers. You cannot edit anything ever nor can you run reports that are fundamental for running a child care center. Most of the reports that you can even run can’t even be exported or printed off you have to copy and paste into a word document.

Very poorly designed and laid out app. Laggy and slow and just constantly logs me out without warning.

As a parent I often receive delayed messages or I will receive a picture 15 minutes after the message of the picture was sent. Payment should be more visible and accessible on the app. The login area on the website should also be more obvious.

It’s such a pleasure having this app! Everything we need is in one place to review pictures, communicate with staff, and see what’s going on with the kiddos. This is a requirement for us going forward!

I am a parent and I find this app extremely helpful to keep up to date with my toddlers day at school. I am able to message my teachers and also receive pictures of my child throughout the day. I can also pay my bill online which is helpful.

The LineLeader app has gotten a lot better over the past 10-12 months. It is reliable and does everything it needs to do for a parent, plus some.

terrible app. Why does it take a full hour for a photo to upload?

The fact that important updates about payments, invoices and medical forms are found in same the “moments” feed as school menus, kid photos and events is ABSOLUTELY insane. I have to scroll forever and ever just to make sure there’s nothing extremely important hidden between chicken nugget updates.

This is one of the least user friendly apps that I’ve ever used, and LineLeader team, you need to fix the numerous bugs that you have on this app. The amount of bugs you have for this app is just too many.
