I JUST ASKED LINER PRO AND IT LITERALLY TOLD ME IT IS CREATED BY ANTHROPIC AI. YOUR OWN AI ADMITTED IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!! AND IT DOES NOT EVEN KNOW IT IS ON THE LINER WEBSITE. YOUR OWN AI IS TELLING ME TO REPORT THIS

I subscribed to this company, but cannot login with username or email for the app. It’s constantly asking me to sign up and pay again.

The highlights on the phone won’t be saved to the server correctly after a short time (most of the time it just won’t save).

They’ve made some great updates to this app and it’s much more useful now. Unfortunately it’s now very dependable. It only saves the first 2 or 3 highlights you make in Safari, even though it lets you go through the motions of saving more. Your best bet is just to share pages straight through to the Liner app and do highlighting and annotating there. The Safari extension is unfortunately too undependable, which is too bad because it works so well. I’ve reached out to the developers for support on this but they have not responded, so it also appears that there’s limited support offered for the app.

I’ve never tried this before but I’m honestly confused... in one ad it said it’s for highlighting notes online, and in another, it says it’s supposed to help you look in Google articles and see if it has what you searched for in it. What??? 😂

This used to be really good and amazing, definitely worth of five stars. but the newest version is forced to upgrade it, forced to purchase the upgrade. did you team change the team manager or product manager??

The idea of this app is great. That’s why I made a decision to pay for it. However, after a few weeks I realized it’s very buggy to the point that I decided not to use it as it had a reverse effect in my productivity. That, by itself is understandable as they are new and are working on it. However, what made me really annoyed was that when I asked the developer to refund me on a prorated basis, they didn’t. They said it’s written in their policy that they won’t. I told them that I respect their policy, however, I’m not requesting the refund due to mere change in mind, but due to the fact that the app is not performing as promised and hence not fulfilling its main purpose. Their response was the same! I would highly advise against paying for this app. However, it’s a good to use it as a free version.

Love it! Finally upgraded to full version. Only issue, when highlights are exported Evernote the date says Dec 31, 1969. Before upgrading the correct date always showed on the exported highlights. Also, is there any way of modifying how highlighted note titles are created? It always states how many highlights then states the name of the article. I really don’t care how many highlights I made for every single article.

Wanted to take the month by month subscription... approved and saw toi late it changed for one year 200$ amount... false pub... asked if I could have the 68% they offered me before that stupid changes without advertising... nope they said they can’t do nothing so had to pay 200$... seems like that compagny is happy that they got me and they don’t give a ... about my satisfaction ... very very disappointed ... it’s the first time ever I am by the way ... if I could put a zero u would have done it... really not honest ...

Both the app and the site don’t work anymore. App only loads sometimes and keeps crashing. Site only loads sometimes and takes forever to load. I’ve been using this app for a while and loved it at first! I wanted to upgrade so much but I just can’t afford subscriptions-I only do one time payment apps. But wow I’m glad I never invested in this. It seems this app is over. I wish apps like this would learn that most customers don’t want stuff stored in the the company cloud. ThAts how problems like these arise. I’m fine with storing everything on my computer and iPhone or iCloud. It woulD be nice if they synced occasionally over WiFi. This is how apps die.
