This app has a good concept. It worked a few months ago around May, but now it seems like there is no one validating the lines. I tried this myself, but it gave me an error. So if you are planning to rush be aware that there are people waiting even if it says “0 people.” Hopefully this app gets some fine tuning and may also be for use beyond Broadway shows as this is great for people like me who do not enjoy lines.
Solid app and a great idea but the GPS feature needs work. I’m physically leaning against the James Earl Jones theatre as I write this but I keep getting kicked out of the line for being “too far” Also given the early stages there should be a spot on the app to give feedback because this doesn’t seem like the optimal system.
