Payment problem

I’ve already paid for anual course but still cannot access the next lession. Please feedback to solve it!

Nice but needs work

Nice app! Only part that is bad is the speaking, how can I pass any test or anything when it can’t pick up on my speaking almost at all. It doesn’t pick up anything and if it does I have no idea what it hears because even a person who can speak the language I’m learning fails every time.

Absolutely useless for Vietnamese

Vietnamese is not a phonetic language. it has very specific tones that require unique placement of the tongue and use of air exhalation. These different tones, can mean many different words, unless they are performed absolutely correctly. This app takes none of that into account and just expect you to mime the sounds, which will not work for one second in front of a native Vietnamese speaker.

Mistake in the first lesson :(

I'm about to learn Spanish, but even in the very first lesson on the "Introduction" topic, I face up "chica" instead of "niña"?! The same mistake goes for "the boy" ("chico" instead of "niño"). I feel good about Ling's method as well as the affordable price, but... those mistakes in the very first lesson should make me consider it again :(. I want to send feedback via web but when I click “continue” to send, it pushes me open Opera browser for nothing. And also, the “contact us” button on the app doesn’t work. It leads me to leave the feedback here on the App store!!
