Most English learning products teach your child to repeat things using songs or videos, without truly understanding them. Not Lingumi. Our structured, interactive learning programme gets your child speaking and understanding English from day 1.
Families with children as young as 2 can learn to speak English with our Course, which is based on the CEFR learning framework. We use the linguistic theories of 'fast-mapping' and 'bootstrapping' to teach your child to understand language, and then flexibly combine words together into phrases, while improving their pronunciation every day.
The result is that your child will learn to flexibly speak English, with natural pronunciation, instead of simply repeating phrases or songs.
HOW LINGUMI WORKS
Each day that they play, your child will unlock a new, 10-minute lesson taught by Teacher Toby from England, an Oxford University languages graduate, and founder of Lingumi.
In each lesson, your child plays interactive games to learn words, and listen and reply to Teacher Toby and their Classmates in tasks and question activities, so they can practise speaking English with real people.
Lingumi is private: your child's voice recordings and practise videos will only be shared with friends you add on the platform, so you can invite friends with kids, granny, or your child's teacher to join you!

Our Curriculum is designed to follow the way children naturally learn their mother tongue, teaching English visually and playfully.

After the free trial, we offer a subscription: it's 90% cheaper than language classes with a teacher, and helps us to continue our research and development, and keep improving Lingumi for you.. Cant login and cant get help!!
I would like a refund as the app is keep logging me off and cant log in back or seek help. Impossible to use. Terrible experience
Great but new feature not working
I love this app my son really enjoys it and it’s great for his speech therapy, the only flaw is the new conversation part of the lessons just doesn’t work for us it took my son and I about 15 minute shouting “the zebra is dancing” to have the program understand.

Thoroughly recommend
My 3 year has a very short attention span, I thought I’d try this app as it come recommended from his new school which he starts in September and the lessons are great. They are short, interactive and perfect for him. We do a lesson first thing and although he knows most objects, we are really focusing on his speech so this is great. We enjoyed the 5 lessons so much we have now subscribed x

Our 2 year old has a very short attention span so this app is perfect for her! She has come on leaps and bounds with her pronunciation! The app is all very fun and draws her in and she loves waking up in the morning and doing her lesson! Can’t wait to continue!
Good app for corect pronunciation!
Hi! My son start to use this app 12 days ago.In the beginning he was upset because the lessons a very short.But now he understands way and is ok. We start from level 1 and is a little boring for him, but recording videos is very good and interesting for him. He nows that every day he need to do a lesson. The methods a good. Sound and colours of app are very good. Practising the pronunciation is very good, a specially when is showing the %. He learning how to wait for his tarn. Every lesson is getting more and more interesting. Recommend!
