WORKS OFFLINE: just download all desired dictionaries and use them when you need it.

TRANSLATION of words and phrases FROM OTHER APPS. You can use one of the following methods:

It is not a too good dictionary

It presents a very large lack of pronunciations and the meaning of a lot of words. For me it is necessary to have the pronunciation of a word in all the declination cases. The dictionary I am talking about is Lingvo Russian - English Universal.
