What’s the point: 1) status changes to “Resolved” within minutes 2) Burst pipe gets changed to potholes…🙄 3) No matter how many times you repeat submissions, it just get status change to resolved.! 4) absolutely no way of making contact with the person on the other side. 5) absolutely no useful feedback …. USELESS 😡
The app should request the occupational health risk on a scale of 1 to 9. I reported a faulty robbot and as I was the only one it has become auto resolved. So there is no matter of urgency. Good idea but not a good app. Think potholes app consep is better. This robot is dangerous and there have been a number of accidents at this intersection and near misses. With roads bern closed due to sink wholes traffic using this road has increased terribly. Ill find another app to do my good deeds on until your app is better structured. Greetings Andrew

Does the job mostly. Some silly things, like you can't give feedback immediately after reporting something (e.g. to add more info, or to say "don't worry, it fixed already"). Some bugs in taking photos during reporting an issue.
The DA Councillor has been in office for more than 9 months but they don’t show him as the Councillor, only the previous one. When will this be updated?

I can open the app, but it crashes when it tries to find my municipality and now it logged me out and the get started button doesn’t work. Great idea for an app and would be convenient, but doesn’t work.

With so many issues encountered on a day to day basis , POTHOLES to mention a few, this is perfect for keeping a log of just exactly when these issues even began and for how long it’s been unattended to.
