Link won’t load
Please help troubleshoot why my link added directly to my IG bio from this app won’t load. On or Off WiFi. Please help. Your timely response is appreciated.

The bio link doesn’t work
How hard is it to make a link work?. I put the bio Link in my search browser. I put it on my social media and when I click it, the Internet, can’t find it. Then a few hours later, it works, and then it doesn’t work again so trash. I pay for this and I can’t even get the link to work.

Been loving it but there’s some bugs
I’ve been a loyal linkbio user for awhile. It offers so much even without paying. Better than linktree in my opinion for that luxury alone. You can make a clean linktree for free but as I’ve used this app there’s two problems that made me set this to two stars at this time. 1. The link works “most times”: Sometimes the link itself will go down at times and it will not load for me or my customers for however long it decides. This happens quite often and I get decent traffic to my links so I’m always getting notified by a customer when it’s not acting right. 2. Some social media apps won’t permit the use of linkbio links: My TikTok booted my linkbio link because it was recognized as spam or they said it wasn’t valid or something along those lines. Not sure what this means but it would be cool if they could work on getting verified for use on all social media platforms. But that’s my only concerns being a free user. Love the app. Love the creative freedom. I get a lot of compliments.

People would Dm me from time to time and tell me that the link didn’t work.
My link does not work
I need my link site back online. I don’t go to my website regularly but I have to now. My website has not worked in weeks. I tried to get help but there was not an easy way to chat or call someone.
