I heard about the app and considered it worthwhile. When I began setting up they could not find a number in my area code. None existed and I could not proceed forward. Guess I have to consider another leading app for a business line.

We’ve been using LinkedPhone since about 2018, with infrequent issues- and those issues were dealt with quickly and with great service. Now suddenly, we have not had a working phone for 3 weeks, we can’t get ahold of customer service- and then they call back at 5am saying the issue is fixed, when it is not. I don’t know if the company changed ownership, but I finally gave up and switched to another carrier today. When I canceled my subscription, I was supposed to still be able to access the service until the end of the subscription period, which is 2 weeks from now- but the line went offline IMMEDIATELY. It has been hours since calling and submitting a ticket, and it’s still not working. We were left scrambling, calling our patients and hospitals to make sure they could reach us at an alternate number.

This app worked great for many years, but the last few weeks it’s been glitching and dropping calls. Customer service, which used to be good, is inexcusably non-existent and calling back at 5am with a terrible connection and you can’t have a conversation at all. Now today, it’s completely quit working. This is dangerous in my line of work as we use it as on-call healthcare providers. We’ve tried reaching the help like to no avail. We are switching services immediately.

Love the app. I canceled my phone service with Bell and switched and never looked back

It’s only been about a week I have not open up just yet. But the good thing is I got a number attach to my cell. But with 2 different numbers. So I can keep my privacy from work. I do not have to carry 2 phones with me at all times. This is great! So far I like the service.

I’ve stuck it out with this company for two or three years now. The customer service is getting WORSE. When there are issues they refuse to even acknowledge that there are issues and don’t resolve them “because they don’t exist”!!! Except our entire team is experiencing the issues. They’re arrogant when you bring them concerns and the system fails for no apparent reason. We’ve had all kinds of glitches like calls going to our personal voicemails and not the LinkedPhone voicemail. Unable to call out and they tell us that it’s working. Unable to receive calls, but they tell us it’s working. The date and time stamp on voicemails incorrect and they say: oh I guess we should be better at that. We are having issues 2-5 times a month and it makes us look unprofessional. We’ve switched. Free. At. Last. Try Ring Central. They’re more reliable and have better customer service. Oh, don’t forget their that official receipts are just the body of an email, no pdf or other form that is easily printable and given to your accountant. 😵‍💫

My business partner and I use this. Mainly so a customer or another agent can text or occasionally call us, and we both get it simultaneously. You go away for the weekend, your partner can field the calls. That can work great with a couple of caveats…. -It doesn’t allow us to include more than 1 number, if we want to do a group text with more than 1 client. -It allows us 1000 sending characters, but “splits up” the shorter responses back to us…as if they are small separate messages. Not too handy for “copy and pasting” responses! When one has been turned into…10 sometimes. - It also doesn’t indicate which one of us is sending the message (my partner or myself). So we always have to let them know who is texting the message. These kind of seem like easy fixes to remedy…but maybe not?

The only constructive criticism I can offer is that it doesn’t allow you to change the notification sound. On an iPhone, it is just a default notification sound.

I’ve been using it for a few months now and I’m pretty happy with the service.
