LinkedIn Recruiter

LinkedIn Recruiter has awful glitches that affect your ability to recruit. I’ve contacted customer service many times and have gotten no response for the same issue. They need to invest in better customer service.

But can be better. It’s not as smooth as LinkedIn. But still works well.

Updates: after my previous comments, I received an email from LinkedIn and noticed 2 points I mentioned earlier have been incorporated/changed. Thank you and keep up the good work. First of all, the one desktop login limit is ridiculous!!! Now on iPad, i can’t login on my browser and app at the same time, which makes super inconvenient. I don’t mind completely using the app, but could you guys make it better? I One thing super annoying is all the profiles you viewed via the app won’t be considered as viewed.

Lying astronomically for a service I would like it to work. I am paying for a full recruiter seat but on mobile it automatically logs me in to recruiter lite. There formerly was a button in settings that would allow you to switch back and forth between your seats, but it seems to have been removed. Why make it so complicated?

It’s 2021. LinkedIn is owned by one of the largest companies on Earth in Microsoft. And you can’t figure out how to send push notifications on the iOS app? Hopefully one of the 1000+ engineers working for you can figure this out.

Not as good as the desktop version, by far. No access to projects and jobs.

I would like to see the people that applies to my open position and with the app I can’t do that.

Horrible. Wish I hadn’t updated from the previous version. I’ve lost 3/4 of the functionality. How has this been marketed as an improvement??? If you’re reading this and you have an older version DON’T UPDATE it!

This would help recruiters sooo much if the app worked correctly. I can’t even log into my account.

The interface for messaging has consistent formatting issues. I’m extremely limited in what I can do with LI recruiter unless I have access to a computer. This shouldn’t be the case given how much it costs. I wish I could just reply to candidate messages through email.
