It’s a scam
After 2 weeks it locks up and stops working. You are then re-directed to a PayPal link where $365 is demanded for the app to resume functioning. Pretty sure this is against TOS
linotune is not free (it costs 1700.00), however it doesn't contain in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Not enough reviews to make a reliable assessment. The app needs more user feedback.
The price of linotune is 1700.00.

If you own the license and want to use this App, you need an older Apple iPad, it doesn’t work on the new products.
This app costs 365 Euros. The $6 you just wasted was a “rental” period. It expires then the app refuses to work. Not even partly works, it’s totally dead. Never been so upset with an app developer!! Just like many others, I purchased after seeing someone use this in a video on YouTube and thought I was buying it for six dollars when you’re buying it for two weeks for six dollars. Buyer beware!!!! Get Groovy Piano tuner or StroboPro for free. Word just as well and works for free.
This app is better than any other tuning app that you can find in App store. Easy to use, and helps to save your time. It’s funny that someone leaves poor review only because he to lazy to read description! The linotune is hands down best in this category.
Most people will tap to purchase for $5.99 without reading the description that you are BUYING only a trial. You will be disappointed to get only two weeks of use unless you buy or rent a license. The license is very pricey — way outside app pricing. My star rating is not based upon the app itself, which tunes very accurately. It is based on the fact that no one should have to pay $6 for a trial app that will expire.
If musical instruments are your passion LinoTune is what you need. It can't help but find the fundamental frequency of any noise it's fed. It shows exactly how far out of tune a note is and has a very helpful set of bars that turn green when a note is in tune. There's also an automatic mode that is really fantastic. After sifting through dozens of tuning applications, I found LinoTune to be the easiest and most effective to use.
This is the most comprehensive application for tuning any musical instrument on any platform. It's the only tuner you'll need.
