Linq Reviews

Way worse than expected

Interface and features should be way more intuitive. Overall I necessarily complex. For example if I bought a product that comes with a QR code printed on it why am I not able to “lock that in” and just have that single code everywhere in the app where I want to use it? Why generate a new one every time I update my profile for example adding a new social media account or getting a better professional headshot?

Going backward with integration

I used to love the Linq platform as it allowed me to integrate with a lot of different other services and allow my brand to super see just the app, but in recent months, Linq has moved to having more and more of its services heavily intertwined with each other to force you to go with one of their plans Making it a hard cell for me to recommend this product for those other professional. You used to be able to click a button and take you to your actual phone number now Linq wants you to use their phone number which nobody I know has this phone number because I know my number making me have to take multiple extra steps to actually have my workflow work for me where this app is now starting to impede on my workflow because they want you to buy their subscription service to use their app. It’s sad as the app use to be great.

So far so good!

I’ve been using Linq for about 3 years now and it has been great for having a digital business card & portfolio preview to show people I network with. I’ve been able to test the Linq tap which works fine, but I usually just add the Linq widget to the top of my home screen on my iPhone 13 Pro Max and have people scan my QR code to pull up my information and save it. I’m excited to test new features that come out for Linq as well as maybe try Linq business features as my company grows.

The pricing stated one thing and after getting ready to purchase, it was charging a higher price.Have been also trying to reach out to get information on how to get it set up.

So Upset

I’ve shared my profile with several potential clients and now I’m embarrassed. Although I paid the “pro” subscription, I can’t upload content without being promoted to sign up again for the pro account.

I love this app! The whole Linq system is so convenient and time saving. I have my digital business card saved to my apple wallet so its there whenever I need it. I love everything about this service except for one thing.. I wish the app was available on my iPad and not just my phone. If we could change that, I would give 5 stars. Other than that, I’m very pleased with Linq.

This app is not a good choice. First looks good then after you buy this bracelet looks good Then they take a big chunk of cash out of your bank account. BE WARE

Very very very bad

I'm really disappointed with Linq Pro. I found it ridiculous that you have to pay just to set up a Google Hub integration. It seems like a basic feature that should be included for free, considering the subscription cost. Paying $5 per month on top of what you might already be spending on other services just doesn't seem worth it for such a simple integration. It's frustrating that a tool that markets itself as enhancing connectivity limits such essential features behind a paywall. This feels like a cash grab rather than genuine value for users.

This app charged me for a “Pro Account” without even asking me. I was just looking at it and didn’t select to purchase anything. Next thing I know I’m getting a $149 charge without a warning. Read before checking out!!!
