Komplett unzuverlässig
Zahlung schlagen fehl. Man wird immer wieder ausgeloggt. Hat wohl ein Ferialpraktikant nebenbei gemacht
Super App
Die App ist eine tolle Bereicherung, wenn man in Linz oder von Linz aus mit Öffis unterwegs sein will. Man bleibt up-to-date und bekommt viele nützliche Infos zur Mobilität. Auch die Verlinkung zu Mobilitätsformen wie AST und Taxi gefällt mir. Alles aus 1 Hand!
Klimaticket import
Es wäre sehr sinnvoll eine Klimaticket integration zu machen (siehe ÖBB, Westbahn)
Routen werden nicht in Kalender übernommen

Zeigt falsche Uhrzeit an
Hat bis vor kurzem gut funktioniert, nun zeigt sie immer eine falsche Zeit an. (Ab ca. 4 Uhr aufwärts).
App ist genial!
Was noch fehlt: wenn ich für wen anderen ein Ticket kaufe, muss er/sie mit mir mitfahren, da das Ticket nicht auf dessen Handy geschickt (geteilt) werden kann?!
Abzocke
Kauf mir ein Tagesticket für 2,80€ meint der Typ dann zu mir ist nicht aktiv. Ging zur Linz AG sagt sie mir das ich trotzdem die 80€ zahlen muss. Also durfte ich 2,80€ FÜR MEINE FAHRKARTE DIE GÜLTIG WAR zahlen PLUS die 80€ Strafe 🙃 DANKE FÜR NICHTS !!!!!
Unschlagbar günstig
Nur 23 € pro Monat kostet umgerechnet die Jahreskarte der Linz Linien. (inklusive der zwei Frei Monate) Und es wird noch besser: Sogar um nur 10€ Aufpreis beim Klimaticket OÖ kommt man durch ganz Linz pro Monat. Das rechnet sich schon bei 2 Tagesfahrten pro Monat. Echt klasse Angebot!
Fehlerhaft ende nie
Entweder es gibt Fehlermeldungen beim Einloggen, beim Ticketkauf oder beim Routenplaner. Diese App ist so lächerlich schlecht, dass ich fast darüber lachen würde wenn ich sie nicht bräuchte. Komplett idiotisch ist dass man beim Routenplaner den Zielort zuerst eingibt und dann den Startort. Komplett entgegen jeglicher Intuition und andersrum als bei JEDEM anderen Routenplaner oder Karten App 🤦♂️ Tickets und Einloggen wäre auch toll wenn das mal wieder funktionieren würde…
