Love the app, however it would be great if there was a way to cancel a bid, I’ve seen online of people accidentally bidding and they end up emailing the company to cancel, that’s great but not exactly streamlined

Additional costs like shipping calculations are not included, although your address is required and an estimate could be programmed and included with every bid. L&U forces a 25% fee, so if one bids $100, your true cost is $125. This could all be programmed to calculate an estimate so no bidder is caught unaware when an invoice is received.

This Auction house is by far the friendliest, most responsive and absolutely customer service oriented that I have ever dealt with. I appreciate everything they do and it is all top notch first class. If you have any questions, they are right there with an answer and that is amazing in itself.
