Rarely smooth.
The technology just isn’t on par with the 21st century and no one responds to emails or messages. Videos freeze and cut off. Functions within the app either don’t work or are confusing to navigate. The concepts taught are real but need a better user experience, simply put. I updated a payment method last December, and was double billed up through July, even after emailing support regarding the issue. Canceled my membership and have still gotten a single billing the last two months. Sub par.
