Yep cancelled order last minute
Like others have said, takes orders giving a fake ETA then cancels your order last minute. In my case this was late at night, so I could no longer order from some else.

Tracking not accurate
Unfortunately their tracking doesn’t seem to work at all
Pathetic selection
No premix bourbon or whiskey cans at all. No mainstream beers. No jimmy, no jacks, no great northern, not even drys.
No delivery to inner-city Brisbane
I checked the description and download aded the app. They don't deliver to our area within 5km of Brisbane CBD?!

Don’t deliver in my area. Why???? I’m sure there’s more lazy alcoholics in my area than most others.
Charged but order never arrived
We ordered some wine but it was never delivered. ‘Track your order’ was not working within the app and when we tried to use the chat function we received an auto reply saying they were busy. 24 hours later still no reply to any of our messages. No phone number to call.
Life saver! Must have APP in Sydney
Live in Sydney and don’t have a car. This App is a life saver!

Fast, simple, convenient!
Asks for too much user data too early
Must register email after downloading app in order to see the range, prices and whether it serves your area. I just deleted it as I didn’t want to manage the potential spam. I’d suggest relaxing the user data grab and earn trust first .

Every time I order with Liquoroo the drivers, mainly Dylan in the Ryde area, also another, but their lovely people who take the time to help and carry the delivery for you and always courteous with a smile (easy to want to tip!), the time is so quick that on a Friday night in summer it arrives well before expected, usually a 15 minute turn around from ordering to my door and I just wanted to say thank you genuinely as I haven’t used these services in the past but it encourages me to do so in the future. I would recommend Liquoroo without hesitation in my area!
