Lista PH

I recently made a purchase (TransUnion Credit Score Report) on the LISTA PH app, but I never received the report I paid for. No files to download. I reached out to customer service for help, and after waiting for what felt like forever, I was given a response that was far from satisfactory. Instead of resolving the issue, they simply asked me to repurchase the item. This is unacceptable and has left me frustrated. I expected better from this app. I hope LISTA PH takes this feedback seriously and improves their service. 👎👎👎👎

When's the app going to update with Transunion? It still shows Cibi.

Innacurate. Kulang kulang mga banks. Wala mga big banks ko. I have 6 cc none of them appeared here. Waste of money. Just request your credit report from transunion directly and not cibi, a half baked credit bureau haha

I had a lot of open and active accounts with Seamoney which I have contested and until now are not yet rectified. Lista shows them still as active and open with outstanding balances even though I have already paid them off years ago. Very bad, I have paid them 3x for the updated scores but still shows the same. Also wala pa ding TU scores! Annubayan.

I got a score of 0 and it shows an outstanding balance I already paid nearly a year ago. That account is still active btw and is used regularly. Sad i was asked to pay so much for a very little report

Their customer service is super responsive and helpful. they helped me file the multiple entries dispute to the right agencies and now I have my Credit report! thank you Lista Team!
