Stories are mostly good. However a few things updating: 1. When doing daily check in and watch those many clips to earn points and it will click here to double. Sometimes it will day “Video not available. Please check later” but it doesn’t give you an opportunity to go back later. It closes it out. 2. When i did the updates, it forgot my progress in the story. Fix these issues and ill raise your rating

Very disappointed. I got the subscription and is active until December 21. Now they kick me out.

Stories left hanging at the end

Can you please stop membership pop up from coming up every time I pause. I have to read the captions and I can no longer do that because the half screen pop up takes over the whole screen of captions so I can’t see them. If this can’t be changed I will be deleting this APP.

The app keeps stopping and running slow. It’s taking forever just to watch one episode it keeps buffering

The app lists in app purchases for weekly or monthly subscriptions. I’ve looked all through the application, searched online, and read their terms and conditions. Nowhere can I find a link to establish a subscription. I also cannot find any kind of contact us.

Whoever wrote this it to rewrite ending. Her best friend just died and they killed off her ex-husband too. That’s not right. It’s a dumb decision made me wonder why I watched the hold it. You need to fix it.

Clips are short (anywhere between 15 sec to 30 sec). You will watch 75 to 85 sec ads after EACH clip. App does allow you to watch additional ads for coins, but the coins do NOT accumulate. I watched 5 ads and the coins were not there the next day. A waste of time really unless all you want to do is watch ads. The allotted number of times to watch a clip is 5 per day…unless you buy. This means if you are interested in 2 different story lines, then you have to decide how to use your 5 free clips (by watching ads) between the two stories. I don’t have enough patience or interest to watch something for about 2 minutes a day for 60 days to finish the story, especially when the ads last longer than the clips.

The app needs to allow you to mark stories as watched. I have to do a screenshot every time I have to stop watching the story I am currently on. I can’t find an area that you can go to that shows you what story and current chapter you are on. When I go back into a story it doesn’t start where I left off. I have to look at the screenshot mentioned earlier because it shows the episode I am on. I have also been having issues where I hear the voices from an earlier episode, but the video The acting in a lot of them is cheesy, but it is still entertaining.

1st of all it’s expensive and the story lines are all the same like you know how it’s going to end as usual Soto pay that much money it’s not realistic. 2nd of all I do not like the fact when something goes wrong you can not talk to anyone , yeah sure they give you an email address, but it has been several days a good week already and they have not responded to my email ! but I was holding my granddaughter and while I was holding her I had picked up my phone and she accidentally hit a couple of buttons while I was walking into the kitchen and I didn’t realize it, but it was like to I guess add time to your account to watch these shows ( mind you I had and still HAVE NOT used any of it ) but she hit buttons that was claiming points for like $149.99 $60 and a few of them adding up to like almost $300 now all of them are on my account but I’m not paying for that. It was an accident. I didn’t even know it was open onto the app and I couldn’t contact anyone, you have an app or something that you enjoy or can purchase things you should be able to contact Support and they should have you RECONFIRM PURCHASES ESPECIALLY AT THAT AMOUNT I WOULD NOT NOR COULD NOT EVER AFFORD ANYTHING LIKE THAT ! I am a 61 yr old woman on a VERY LIMITED INCOME 🥺😢 !
