1. Scan and find nearby Bluetooth devices
2. Connect to Bluetooth device
3. Read battery information
4. Write setting to BMS of the battery
5. Accept alarm information from battery such as low temperature, overcurrent protection etc...
6. Provide status display for battery include MoS status,Charging, Discharging etc...
7. Support calibration of Current, Voltage, Temperature etc...
8. Support calcaulation of Voltage difference, Power etc...
