Garbage experience from start to finish - terrible login process, navigation, video controls (no 1.1+ play speed), offline download process is laughable, like written as a project for the first ever programming course. In general, the application is below even a minimal effort. Litmos, feel free to reach out for constructive input - ~10 changes will get the app into “does the job” territory. But as of now, it’s actively infuriating to use.

Because of the way this ap changes it’s title depending on the way you access it, it becomes a real bother on my apple key chain. I’ve been locked out of this ap twice. All of this nonsense encourages the user to use flimsy easy to remember passwords. All I’m saying is any ap in the apple ap store should work at least decently with apple keychain. If I wasn’t literally being paid to use this ap I wouldn’t.

The app and course are both steaming hot piles of trash. In my job trying to remember the stupid B.R.A.C.E system gets you hurt because you’re thinking about all of that crap and not what’s in front of you/what you’re moving. -5 stars

This app needs touch ID and facial recognition to fill in the passwords to make everything a lot faster. Otherwise it’s not real helpful on the iPad.

I’m having a hard time going to the next course

Takes ages to load the final test

I don’t see a button on the screen to move on to the next video. I don’t know if it’s cause I’m on a iPhone X or what

It doesnt let me go forward on my test, I fished watching the introduction videos and it doesnt unlock the rest of the test, The videos take forever to load and the app freezes very often Mediocre app.
