Unable to see past portfolios after the latest update
Upon updating the update today, all the past portfolios (photos & videos) can’t be found and these are precious data!!! Restore it back to before!!

Little Family Room for Parents Reviews
Useless app
Same review as the one given 5 years ago by another parent. Notification given for some updates by school but unable to view in app. Have to constantly delete and reinstall the app to see . Every other day I am deleting and reinstalling the app. If this is used for kindergartens , shouldn’t they fix it ?!
Document download fails
Attachments can’t be opened after download to local device. Probably not saved with the correct file extensions. This didn’t use to be a problem.
Not so user friendly
There is no way to send messages to form teacher directly. Messages have to go through school admin / principal first. Parents are unable to send DM to teacher (unless teacher initiates the chat room first) so there is no way to inform / check with teacher regarding school matters last minute. ClassDojo app is more user friendly.
unable to open App to check updates
Hello Developer Little family room app got updated to 24.93 version last month in my IOS device and after app update, I am unable to open app and view the updates from school. I have been facing this problem from past 3 weeks. There is no option for unistall and reinstall the app again as i checked. So kindly help resolve this issue at the earliest possible. Thanks
