A new fitness app for the little ones! Little Sports offers a 14-Day workout challenge to keep the whole family active and make sure everyone burns enough calories in a day.
The app features 3 categories of workouts and exercises: Cardio, Mobility and Arms, as well as the ability to customise every workout to better suit the fitness level you need. More recently a new muscle map has been added so that all the family can learn about specific muscle groups and which exercises target those specific muscles. Good luck and let's start the journey to a fit family!
This app integrates with the Health app (HealthKit) to track your calories burned and workouts performed.
