Where is app update, now device useless

The egg itself turns on, but I can’t get the app to work. It says it has to connect to HOME but it never does. There is no place for me to troubleshoot. Frustrated as this was an expensive TECH device.

This app does not support Sensedge Mini so it is kind of useless for those who purchased mini’s. I’ll update review when they add support to it.

Since the latest app update the app no longer works and the weather no longer updates on the egg. I have reached out to the manufacturer with little help given. Can no longer recommend this app or the egg until this is sorted. When everything works the app and egg products are very good. Unfortunately there is no reliability which makes it useless. Update, now unusable, keeps losing connection and has to be reset all the time. Don’t use this app or Laser egg until this is sorted. I am now using a competitors machine, not wasting any more time with this one.

Every day or two the device disconnects itself from the Wi-Fi and the Wi-fi connection needs to be set-up again. What a pain!!! This has been an issue since I bought the device over a year ago. Still not fixed :(

Can’t get past the ‘Kaiterra is waiting for iCloud to sync’ message to add the device despite restarting my device numerous times. Instructions/feedback on the issue are extremely scarce.

The instructions are terse to the point of unintelligibilty. I can’t get any further than ‘Please connect to the same Wi-fi network as the device to complete device setup’. How? My iPhone is on my Wi-fi network, thank you very much. I have no idea what network the device may be using, as I was never given that option. The device hasn’t been told the passcode for my network. There appears to be no way to control what network the device is on. So, given that the device and the app aren’t communicating, what do the readings in the app mean? At first glance the app is telling me about the air quality in my room. But then I see that the figures on the device and in the app are totally different. The device says AQI 20. The app says outside is 155. And the room display says (a completely fictional?) 59. After fiddling about a bit, I now just see a triangle with an exclamation mark for the device and a spinning progress wheel. Nothing really seems to do anything. I keep coming back to the same useless Wi-fi message as above. Waste of time.

This used to be Origins, and I have a Laser Egg 2. Worked fine. Now this random update and rename broke the link and doesnt seem to work and I cant reconnect. Its rubbish. Avoid like the plague.

Bought 2 original laser eggs, product is good and easy to connect to old app. New app didn't work for original laser egg, update issued to allow original laser eggs to be used, however, "add home" does not work "add room" does not work therefore not possible to connect to the app!! No longer a feedback option to suppliers inside app. Now completely useless
