Disabled n carer
Please look at being able to book a carer with a disabled person on line.
Very poor design
I received a live borders leaflet and was recommended to download the app. Unfortunately I could not access any information about my local activities as I couldn’t select Duns as an option. We have a library and a swimming pool, it also used to be the county town but apparently no longer exists. The leaflet was also missing much of the basic information to say where the events are to be held.
Poor App
I have had numerous problems with Liveborders App and the Trifitness App. Constant error messages and being locked out! Won’t allow me to book anything 😗 Not the most user friendly if you are a member of one gym but want to use one in another town it’s a ordeal trying to get into the new premises 😵💫
Weak app
I had to put a serious amount of personal info into the app - and can't access or sign into my account. Live Borders won't discuss the problem, so I'm giving up and deleting the app.
