I started using Live Brave when I was six weeks postpartum, and it’s been amazing. The postnatal workout series were exactly what I needed to rebuild my strength safely. Since then, I’ve loved following the weekly challenges. I look forward to each workout, I feel stronger and the shorter workouts are really easy to fit into life with a baby and toddler! Highly recommend!

I am really enjoying the app which has been really well thought out . The LB Team evidently care about a good user experience and a lot of thought has gone into creating community discussions, easy ways of contacting The Team and different programmes. It’s so easy to plan workouts using the calendar, but also to quickly search as they are all grouped into different sections. I really value as a parent carer being able to do Pilates at home as going to a class isn’t an option . I love how the instructors talk to you and prompt you throughout as though you are at a class and the range of classes available. Highly recommend!
