One I got banned several times on this app and I don’t know why.. I contact support and they don’t answer. But I had a woman on there named Vonda.. I told her my situation and she didn’t answer my question at the end and waited til the time went out. Didn’t read nothing in my life that was going on. And I wrote a review saying my honest opinion. She text me and told me “don’t waste my time with nonsense about a man who don’t even want you”… I contact support about her and now I’m banned … don’t use it find sum legit..

Amelia has helped me multiple times regarding my concerns. She is amazing she is on point doesn’t sugar coat and is fast with response. Please Apple delete this app it has stole. 300 off me. And the readers on this app are not precessional there is no customer care. They are not qualified to be part of Apple !!!! Scam big scam. SOMEONE IS GETTING SUED.

The live chat support is unprofessional and rude. I reported an issue I was having and they blocked me after I spent several dollars on their app. I’ll be filing a dispute anyway! Now accept that.. poor customer service. I recommend other psychic apps.

The process to apply as a Psychic advisor on this app starts with retrieving a code by texting the admin’s WhatsApp number. Upon my request for the code, I was asked for my email address, as well as whether or not I work for any other platforms, which is common during the application process as it adds to a psychics validity. I replied that I am active on other platforms and sent the platform links by the admin’s request. They read my message but DO NOT RESPOND. I wait until noon of the next day to send a follow-up message, asking if the links/profiles were sufficient, they then ask me “Why do you want to join us if you are working there?” While I found the question to be unnecessary due to the obvious answer of wanting to service more clients, my response was something similar to “I am enjoying my current platforms, but I have time for more reads. I can also see where they read this message, but AGAIN leave me on read. In an attempt to not be pestering, I wait the next day to send another follow up message asking if it’s possible to move forward with the code so I can submit an application. They sent me a message back saying “we are not time pass” AND THEN BLOCKED MY NUMBER. I am assuming that in this broken English they were trying to say that they don’t want the app to be used as an afterthought or secondary platform. Aside from the response being rude, it was also ridiculous because the numbers/stats for this app are NOWHERE near where they’d need to be for this to be the sole app used to provide my psychic readings. So them saying that they aren’t a “time pass” as if the app has a high enough engagement to keep any of their psychics continuously busy throughout the day is absurd. They also took FIVE DAYS (I sent the first message on Saturday and today is Wednesday) to get to this “point” when all the interaction was supposed to be was them sending a code so that I could fully apply. This was a very poor interaction and the blocking was just so petty and unnecessary. I will take my documented five star talent elsewhere.

I have been using this app for many years. Emma is absolutely amazing time frames have came to pass and she is the one with the quickest response. Absolutely amazing.
