Horrible customer service. They did not honor and keep active vip. They did not give the 200 credits a day for the vip. They made it difficult to go to my only person broadcast. I had to pay full price to stop the broadcast to kick all viewers. Instead of half price. I had to pay energy to complain to customer service that never responded. This is a complete cheat app. I am very unhappy

الحقيقة انني ليس بمستوى ان اقيم هذا التطبيق فهو بأقل كلمة في حقه اقول من رائع التطبيقات هذا بفهمي وعلمي البسيط لهذا اقول يقيمه الخبراء الجيدين حتى لا اكون قيمته باقل من حقه هو رائع جميل خفيف غير ممل ولا تتمنى ان تغادره حتى دقيقة . لكن فيه مايوجد مو السلبيات التي تصعب على المشترك الوصل اليها مثل الدفع الباهض للمقابل ويفرض عليك في اكثر الفقرات يطلب الدفع وليس كل مشترك يستطيع الدفع وايضاً التطبيق اخذ يضعف من ناحية قوة النت والتحميل فأنه يصعب التواصل في كثير من الاوقات ودائماً يكون جواب المطور او المجييب والمشغل (( عذراً ليس هناك اتصال حاليا حاول في وقت لاحق ايو يرسل اعتذار لا يمكن الوصول الى الخادم وهذه كثيرا تكون. فارجو من الاخوة المطورين والقائمين والمسؤلين عن التطبيق ان يسهلو ويخففو عن المشتركين يخففو عن الكثير ولا يضرهم شي وشكراً لكم لقد اصبح طلبكم للتقيم اكثر من طلب المشتركين والاعضاء .. كنا نتأمل منكم التعاون مع العضو والمشترك والتخفيف قليلا من المدفوعات وانت على العكس لم ارى التطبيق بأسوا من هذا الحال سابقا ان كان همكم هو فقط الربح فسوف ينهار قريب
