Very unpredictable sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t

I was impressed at first but the realized quickly that even with the premium subscription I purchased, I am receiving a very basic app and either limited or lazy programming. I can clearly hear what some conversations are yet the app fails to pick up that anyone is talking at all. Deleting the app and moving on.

Great app very accurate

Using the app to Record > Create a new speech record is useless with the constraint that the app must remain active. Managing to keep my phone from locking is too distracting during an interview. Decent transcription capability but the product is not mature enough to keep subscribing to premium features. Has failed once to complete upload, which also requires the app to stay active, though most uploads completed to the processing stage in a reasonable amount of time.

I had multiple uses this week! I was able to record of reel that had some great information on it that I wanted to capture. I was able to take an entire one hour long YouTube video that had no other historical place for the facts outside of the video transcript. Really great service extremely fast. Simple, simple, and easy and works great.
